Our recent vintage is currently resting in their oak homes gaining depth and character. When we feel that they are ready to be introduced to the world, we will begin the process of making them into our wine conserves and sauces.

Wine varietal products offered are, Cabernet & Chocolate Sauce, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Zinfandel Wine Sauces and Conserves.
